Prosecution offer no evidence in reckless arson involving a £160,000 ambulance

A young man with complex mental health difficulties was formally acquitted today (Friday 9 July) following the service of 2 psychiatric reports and a number of letters of representation on the basis it was no longer in the public interest to prosecute him.  Richard was instructed by Jeremy Botts of Boots Starke Goacher.
