All our work is underpinned by a strong client care policy, which ensures that the needs, concerns and interests of our clients, both lay and professional, are given the highest priority. The current legal directories describe the clerking team in the following way:

"This is a really good set with extremely helpful clerks." Ben Heaviside has recently joined the set as its new senior clerk. He is rated as "business-savvy and someone who is always able to fit the right barrister to the right case." Newly appointed senior clerk Ben Heaviside is "one of the top clerks in London - he is honest, he always gets it right and he matches clients with barristers immaculately." (Chambers & Partners, 2021)

"An impressive set with clerks who are approachable, helpful, and extremely professional" (Legal 500, 2021)

The Administration and Fees Department is managed by our Chambers Administrator, Orla O’Sullivan, who is responsible for dealing with all administration, seminars and fee enquiries.

Feedback from our professional clients is extremely important to us. We endeavour to visit our professional clients on a regular basis to discuss their requirements. This ensures that our service is constantly adapted to our clients’ needs.

Our chambers hours are from 8.30am to 6pm, from Monday to Friday. Members of chambers are also available to give advice and hold conferences outside these hours, including weekends. Arrangements for the above and weekend magistrates work can be organised through the clerks.
