“Richard Furlong, instructed by John Veale of Kangs Solicitors, represented Richard Pearson who received 10 years imprisonment for 2 counts of gross negligence manslaughter in relation to two deaths

in a massive explosion and fire at an industrial unit in Stafford which was storing fireworks. The incident took place in 2014, but the trial was delayed owing to serious injuries sustained by the defendant. The case was very widely reported.”
