Jonathan Page reduces prohibited firearm sentence from 4 years to 18 months in the Court of Appeal.

Jonathan Page represented Warren Meade in the Court of Appeal. His sentence for possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence was reduced from 4 years to 18 months. LJ Irwin agreed that the sentence imposed was manifestly excessive, and further that there was a lack of sentencing authorities on the appropriate term of imprisonment.
