Hugh O’Donoghue defends Pilot who made forced landing in a potato field in September 2017 outside Barton Airport in Manchester.  There were three passengers in the aeroplane.

The Pilot following a joint investigation by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the CPS was arrested and prosecution for endangering the aircraft and the public. He was also prosecuted for flying for reward without holding a current commercial licence.

The trial continues before HHJ Seeming and a jury in Manchester Crown Court at Crown Square.
