Colin Aylott QC acted for Rosemary Spence who faced three counts of cheating the public revenue. Ms. Spence was a director of the London Fields Brewery and the charges related to the alleged non-payment of taxes by the company.  The company was one of the first London microbreweries and was recently sold to Carlsberg.
