Colin Aylott QC and William England successfully represented Mark Barrett following a 5-week trial in Birmingham.

Pte Mark Barrett, 25, also of the Royal Anglians, and formerly of Kendrew barracks, Cottesmore, Rutland was acquitted of a charge of membership of the proscribed far-right organisation National Action, contrary to Section 11 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
