Ben Hargreaves instructed by Theresa Grant from Olives Solicitors represented Paul Bushell a 74-year old man who had a significant haul of firearms and ammunition in his house.

Mr Bushell pleaded guilty to a 13 count indictment which represented a fraction of the items found. They included an automatic sub machine gun, a Mach 10 machine gun , an Armalite rifle, an AK47 automatic rifle, and a Luger. In all some 160 individual weapons were discovered with many of them being loaded and able to fire. Sentence was reserved to 15 November.
