Alan Kent QC represented Michal Trubini at the Old Bailey who was accused of belonging to National Action, a proscribed terrorist organisation. Following a 5 week trial and 48 hours of deliberations,

the jury failed to reach a verdict. This was the second time a jury failed to reach a verdict in the case and the Prosecution offered no evidence. Alan led William England in the first trial and Jonathan Lennon in the second. We were instructed by Abbey Solicitors.
