Passionate criminal defence advocate, with experience across a range of offences and excellent client rapport.

Rebecca is regularly instructed to defend those accused of serious violence, drugs, firearms and conspiracy offences. She also represents clients on appeal in the Court of Appeal. Recent instructions include attempted murder, GBH, robbery, conspiracy to burgle, supply of Class A drugs and money laundering.

Her down to earth approach allows her to build a rapport with even the most difficult clients. This excellent client care often leads to repeat instructions from those represented previously.

Whilst maintaining her defence practice, Rebecca also recently completed a 2 year secondment to the Serious Fraud Office. She managed and drafted guidance for the disclosure team, was involved in investigation strategy and assisted with suspect interviews for an on-going high profile case.

Prior to joining Chambers, Rebecca worked as a paralegal for Bullivant & Partners Solicitors and as a Caseworker and Presenting Officer for the UK Border Agency.
