Criminal defence advocate with experience in complex fraud cases.

Gerard has also represented defendants in a range of serious prosecutions including murder. Experienced in civil law, Judicial Review proceedings, professional disciplinary tribunals and the VAT and Duties Tribunal. He also advises and represents companies and individuals in respect of regulatory proceedings, including matters concerning the Information Commissioner and the Environment Agency.
