PRACTICE

Leading junior for first defendant in £100 million conspiracy in trade mark/identity fraud at Southwark Crown Court. Defendant charged with multiple breaches of trademarks on a substantial commercial basis for organised criminal enterprises over the UK.
R v Cobb & others
Leading junior for first defendant in long term fraudulent conspiracy to handle multiple plant and machinery and money laundering. A nine week trial was the result of massive police investigation into the trade of stolen plant across the building sector country wide.

Leading junior in £5 million conspiracy to defraud mortgage companies. Complex fraud involving mortgage advisers, accountants, builders and developers and multiple properties across the South of England.
