R v Frigieri & Others, Woolwich Crown Court
Operation Eaglewood. Instructed as junior counsel in this conspiracy to launder the proceeds of crime (principally class A drug trafficking) on a massive scale. The prosecution alleged that approximately £100million of criminal property had been laundered through the defendant’s Bureau de Change in central London. The trial lasted 5 months.
R v Dao & Others, Kings Lynn Crown Court
Conspiracy to cultivate cannabis and conspiracy to money launder. Leading junior counsel in large cannabis factory conspiracy. The defendant was at the hub of this conspiracy which involved the discovery of 7 operational and professionally equipped cannabis factories in London, Norfolk and Lincolnshire. The criminal proceeds were laundered through the purchase and sale of domestic properties and commercial nail bars.
R v Dixon & Others, Liverpool Crown Court
Conspiracy to supply class A drugs. This was a major class A drugs distribution network operating in Liverpool and the North West and investigated by the Serious Organised Crime Agency. Instructed as junior counsel alone.
R v Gosling & Others, Newcastle Crown Court
Conspiracy to defraud. Instructed as junior counsel in a massive buy-to-let investor fraud, which was prosecuted by the Serious Fraud Office. The trial time estimate was in the region of 6 months. It was estimated that the total financial loss to private and institutional investors probably exceeded £80million.

Operation Divert. Largest MTIC carousel fraud successfully prosecuted to date. Trial lasted 5 months. In excess of £400million worth of fraudulent trade culminating in a loss to the Revenue of over £85million.
R v B & Others, Southwark Crown Court
Operation Mazurka. Money laudering proceeds of large scale MTIC fraud. Underlying MTIC fraud involved over £200million worth of fraudulent trade culminating in a loss to the Revenue of over £30million. Leading Junior.
R v R & Others, Woolwich Crown Court
Major conspiracy to supply cocaine & possessing an arsenal of firearms & ammunition. Acted as junior counsel for one member of an alleged major North London crime family who were reported to have close links to the Adams crime syndicate.
R v H & Another, Croydon Crown Court.
Double male rape involving two assailants each charged with multiple counts of rape which took place in the street and involved a man they had only just met.

Currently instructed as leading junior counsel in a conspiracy to cheat HM Revenue & Customs. This is an MTIC fraud which is said to involve losses of approximately £100million; it is due to be tried early next year (2011) and the time estimate is currently 3 months.
R v K & Others, Bradford Crown Court
Currently instructed as junior counsel alone in a multi-handed conspiracy to supply class A drugs and associated money laundering counts. This is due for trial later this year; the time estimate for trial is 3 months.
