Conspiracy to supply heroin and cocaine trial starts at Preston Crown Court

Ben Hargreaves, instructed by Harris & Co and Mathew Sherratt instructed by Guney Clark & Ryan, in the second of three trials concerning a wide conspiracy to supply heroin and cocaine in and around Lancashire, Merseyside, Cumbria and Berkshire.  25 defendants have been arrested and charged with the allegation.  The trial commenced on the 24th July with an estimate of 4-6 weeks at Preston Crown Court.
