Anthony Orchard QC secures acquittal in Daniel Smith ‘mistaken identity’ murder

Jonathan Yeboah was charged with encouraging or assisting in murder by attempting to source a firearm.  His three co-defendants were charged with murder.  All 4 were acquitted.  The prosecution allegation being that the deceased was shot and killed as the result of being mistakenly identified as being a member of an opposing north west London gang.
